Q: Do you sell your scripts as digital downloads, or may I pay extra and just have you send me a script in an email?
A: All of our short plays, duet acting scenes and monologues are sold in hard copy only.

Q: Do you charge royalties for performances?
A: No, we do not charge royalties for classroom performances or to perform our scripts at various drama competitions; however, we do have a policy against recording or videotaping our scripts and putting those performances on various media sites on the Internet etc.

Q: May I make photocopies of the materials I have ordered from Theatre Fresh?
A: Yes, you may make photocopies of our short plays, duet acting scenes and monologues for you and your students. Please NOTE, however, that you may NOT share these photocopies with other individuals or schools, whether they are within your same school district or not. Violation of this policy will put you in violation of Copyright law, and you will be liable for any and all damages and fines. We want to be your "go-to" publisher for classroom materials, and we want to help you stretch your budget! We can continue to do this, as long as everyone plays by the rules. So thank you in advance for your integrity, understanding and cooperation!

Q: We are going to compete in a state Thespian festival that requires all selections to have an ISBN number. Do your books include an ISBN number?
A: Yes, all of our short plays, duet acting scenes and monologues include an ISBN number.

Q: Do you accept returns or give refunds?
A: Due to the nature of this material, we do not accept returns or give refunds for materials purchased. Unlike many other publishers, we allow our customers to preview a few pages of every short play, duet scene and monologue published by Theatre Fresh. These previews allow our customers to get a feel for the tone of each script and to see the quality of our scripts before purchasing.

Q: I’m having difficulty finding documentation for some of your playwrights. Why is that?
A: Many of our playwrights at Theatre Fresh write exclusively for Theatre Fresh and The Interp Store, our “speech” publishing company; therefore, you won’t find scripts from our playwrights published elsewhere.
